现正值学生申请入美国大学的关键时期，访问期间我校教师与美国学区教师就学生大学申请方面的问题进行了深入地交流与探讨。兰斯克鲁斯学区高中学校没有班主任（无固定的班级建制），学生的思想工作和升学工作主要由专门的指导教师负责，一位老师将近负责三百多名学生，所以大量的升学工作需要由任课教师配合和学生自主完成。据学校介绍，学生的申请文书如果由中介或他人完成，在美国是违规的，被发现后会被大学退回。美国兰斯克鲁斯学区学校有专门的教师指导申请文书的书写。他们还专门为我校学生上了一堂别开生面的课。

为了更好地帮助学生实现学生申请文书和教师推荐信的真实性、针对性、个性化的特点，指导老师要求每位学生首先要先完成一份自我评估，其中涉及多方面的内容，这对教师全面深入地了解学生和学生地自我剖析起到很好的启示作用，值得学习借鉴。
